We're hiring an Electrical Installation Supervisor to lead our installation teams across the UK. This new role has opened due to growth and offers a base salary between 40,000-45,000, with overtime opportunities that can take total earnings to around 50,000 - giving you flexibility based on how you prefer to work and earn.



Based in Speke, Liverpool, this is a full-time, permanent role with regular UK travel. At Joloda Hydraroll, we keep the world's goods moving for companies like Coca-Cola and DHL. As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example, mentor engineers, and ensure outstanding quality on projects that scale across the UK and Europe.

About the Role

As the Electrical Installation Supervisor, you'll:

Lead a team of electrical engineers on-site and in the Liverpool workshop Oversee installations of conveyor systems and control panels Coordinate project plans, assign tasks, and liaise with planning teams and customers Maintain site safety standards, perform toolbox talks and uphold quality Be a hands-on leader, assisting with installs, diagnostics and problem-solving Mentor junior engineers and support their development Represent Joloda Hydraroll to clients as a professional and reliable partner

What We're Looking For

Experience supervising in electrical installation, panel wiring, or manufacturing settings Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Full UK driving licence 18th Edition or equivalent electrical qualification Comfortable with regular UK-wide travel Strong people leadership and coaching skills Calm under pressure and solution-focused
