Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise who is looking to work on challenging and rewarding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems.
Carry out fault-finding, testing, and calibration on a wide range of equipment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
Work collaboratively with other trades and departments to deliver projects on time.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and equipment performance.
Train Apprentices
Requirements:
Recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation (apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
Proven experience in E&I within industry - e.g. manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, process industries, nuclear.
Understanding of PLCs, control systems, and instrumentation equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
