Ideally, you will:
Have experience of teaching or delivering training in the workplace (though this isn't essential).
Be eager to develop as a teacher - full training and support will be provided for the successful applicant.

Please note that there are two salary scale points for our Lecturer positions. All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Lecturers will normally move up to the highest salary scale once one full academic year of teaching for our group is complete. (Lecturers must be in post by 1st September in any given year to qualify and this is subject to approval). Therefore, internal applicants in the same role may qualify for the higher salary scale, although should seek clarification
