We are looking for an experienced

Electrical

Maintenance Engineer

with strong HVAC expertise to join our Building Services team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance across site facilities.

As a Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll:

Deliver safe, effective, and compliant planned and reactive maintenance across all HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring high standards of reliability and performance. Perform minor electrical installations and repairs, such as lighting, sockets, switches, and plant equipment. Contribute beyond core trade tasks by supporting basic plumbing, unblocking drains, and general maintenance such as fitting shelves or notice boards. Ensure all activities comply with health and safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and permit-to-work systems. Provide technical support during critical incidents and participate in the on-call rota (1 week in 4) for out-of-hours support.

What we're looking for:

Fully qualified 18th Edition Electrician (BS7671:2018) or equivalent Minimum 5 years' experience in building services or mechanical engineering, with proven expertise across electrical and HVAC systems Demonstrated experience in PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC assets Competent with IT systems, including MS Office and CAFM/CMMS platforms Confident using handheld devices (PDAs) for task management and reporting Physically capable of working at height and in confined spaces Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and engage effectively with clients and colleagues

Full, clean UK driving licence
