Electrical Maintenance Engineer | 42,000 per annum | London (Mobile Role)
Are you a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a proactive and experienced professional to join our regional mobile team, delivering high-quality maintenance services across a diverse property portfolio in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple disciplines, with a strong focus on electrical systems, ensuring compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction.
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for the efficient delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites. You'll ensure all tasks are completed in line with specific contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
You'll work across various disciplines where required, but your primary focus will be on electrical systems -- delivering technical excellence and supporting both clients and colleagues.
? Key Responsibilities Deliver statutory and routine PPMs and reactive maintenance
Ensure Salisbury competencies and standards are consistently demonstrated
Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to clients and team members
Keep clients and stakeholders informed through regular updates and feedback
Ensure safe delivery of all works, including those of service partners
Liaise with Account Support, Lead Engineers, Managers, and Sub-Contractors
Maintain accurate records via Maximo system and issued tablet
Produce time and material estimates for minor works
Take ownership of work quality and customer satisfaction
Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota when rostered

? What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect (Desirable)
Full UK Driving Licence
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar multi-site, multi-discipline environment
At least 1 year in a customer-facing outsourcing role
Experience with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM
Strong understanding of modern office software
Ability to manage priorities effectively in line with business needs
