Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Permanent, Full Time

Salary: 43,000

Hours: Mon-Fri | 8am - 4:30pm + Overtime + On Call

Location: Newbury

Our client, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions, is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance on their Defence site in Newbury.

As part of our dedicated facilities maintenance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance and high performance across hard FM services.

Your responsibilities will include electrical and building services maintenance - from PPMs and fault-finding to reactive breakdowns on systems such as power distribution, 3-phase, emergency lighting, small power, alarms, and general infrastructure.

This position requiring flexibility and strong technical skills, ideal for an engineer who takes pride in quality work and enjoys variety in their daily operations.

You'll work across secure and operationally sensitive sites, so professionalism and a strong client-facing manner are essential.

What we're looking for:

Experience in a commercial or facilities management environment Strong maintenance and fault-finding knowledge 18th Edition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable) Full UK driving licence (clean)
