Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commutable from West Bromwich - Oldbury - Birmingham

Salary 35,000 - 45,000

KPS Selection are looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineers for a leading manufacturing company within the packaging sector, based in Smethwick. The role is working Monday - Friday 40 hours week. The ideal candidate will be Electrically Biased with a good knowledge and understanding of mechanical maintenance and packaging machinery.

Role;

As a Maintenance Engineer working within a busy engineering department you will be responsible for day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery across all areas of production and Site facilities.

Duties Include;

Preventative and Reactive maintenance

Electrical and Mechanical fault finding

Working within the engineering team to identify and implement improvements

Ensure all works are carried out on time and in a safe and efficient way.

PLC fault finding

Educational / Additional Qualification;

Engineering qualification/apprentice trained

Good IT Skills = MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)

Able to work to high standards of quality and precision

A flexible and adaptable attitude to the completion of work with the ability to work proactively and independently
