Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our site. This is a hands-on position, responsible for coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with EH&S standards, and driving high-quality workmanship across all electrical aspects of the process plant.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management of the maintenance team, ensuring safe and compliant front-line support in line with EH&S requirements. Oversee and perform routine, preventative, and reactive electrical maintenance across the process plant to a high standard. Assist in developing and managing risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work. Prepare work specifications, drawings, and related documentation for both internal teams and contractors. Work closely with Site Managers and Supervisors to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records and ensure the CMMS is always audit-ready. Support the Electrical Maintenance Manager in meeting statutory obligations and maintaining site electrical infrastructure.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A HNC or above in Electrical Engineering Excellent understanding of current Electrical Engineering regulations & guidance 18th Edition qualified IOSH certificate HV Switching and CompEx Trained Experience with PLCs, drives and instrumentation systems is preferable Supervisory experience dealing with the control and management of personnel in a maintenance environment including contract labour is desirable.
