Role Overview:





Deliver key electrical compliance contracts with multiple elements, including EICRs & remedials, installs, and reactive repairs. The successful postholder will build on the strong relationships with our clients to deliver and manage compliance programmes. Good communication skills, a professional manner, and previous electrical management experience are essential to the role.





Key Responsibilities:



Effectively manage your team of Electricians and Supervisors Viewing and signing off Domestic and Commercial Electrical Certificates, troubleshooting problems for Electricians, Managers and Clients Carry out site QA visits to ensure Electricians are working safely and within the scope of the latest edition of BS7671 Program / planning management and quoting and costing for works Completing valuations and ensuring jobs/projects are ready for invoice Host contract meetings with clients and core groups where necessary Responsible for the recruitment of electrical engineers for the relevant workstreams Provide technical support, encouragement and training for all Electricians - Domestic & Commercial Assist with the resolution of problematic jobs Support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across domestic and/or commercial environments Support with the mobilising new contracts and ensure effective operational duties on existing contracts, attending contract meetings when required Lead on performance and quality, assist with technical support and mentoring and training/development of electricians Ensure all KPI's are met along with contractual compliance and delivered within set budgets

Skills & Experience



NVQ level 3 in electrical installations, or equivalent

(essential)

City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and testing qualification, or equivalent

(desirable)

18th edition Wiring Regulations BS7671 qualification

(essential)

Hold the relevant qualifications to be considered QS on the approved contractor competent person scheme with the NICEIC Valid UK driving Licence

(essential)

Previous practical experience in a Electrical Management role and ideally experience in working in domestic electrical installations Excellent leadership, communication skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively
