Employment type: Permanent Employment basis: Full Time Salary: Competitive Standard Hours: Flexible Working / 40 hours per week
To ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant production / installation of electrical systems and components to the aircraft. Provide technical support to the production team, creating and documenting process whilst ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities





Process development and optimisation: Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes for all aircraft electrical systems. Technical Support: Provide engineering support to production team to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery. Design for manufacturability: Collaborate with design engineers to ensure electrical designs are manufacturable, serviceable and cost effective. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all electrical manufacturing activities comply with aviation regulations. Tooling & Documentation: Specify tooling, jigs, and fixtures, and create detailed work instructions and manufacturing documentation. Quality Assurance: Analyse defects, implement root cause analysis, and drive corrective/preventative actions. Continuous Improvement: Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve flow, and increase efficiency. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Aerospace/Manufacturing industry experience. Good working knowledge of IT systems (Aerotrac) Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Commercial Awareness. Ability to remain flexible to meet the wider demands of an expanding business. Ambitious, self-motivated and hardworking Problem solver. Good command of English spelling and grammar in all written correspondence.
