The ideal person will possess strong electrical maintenance expertise, mechanical aptitude, and a hands-on, problem-solving approach to support smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform both scheduled and reactive maintenance on high-speed electrical and mechanical systems within a print manufacturing environment.
Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical panels, motors, control systems, and mechanical assemblies.
Carry out equipment repairs, installations, and upgrades as needed.
Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve machine efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records and reports.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in electrical maintenance engineering.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across both electrical and mechanical systems.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in the print or manufacturing industry is advantageous but not essential.
