Job Description

To fault find, repair, service and install commercial catering equipment, we have a vacancy for either an Electrical engineer or Gas Engineer for Commercial Catering equipment, experience in this industry is necessary and electrical qualifications also required.

Breakdown Calls

- Breakdowns are logged on our computer system and handled by the Service coordinator who will assign to the relevant engineer on a daily basis.

Kitchen Installations

- A team of engineers are assigned to install a kitchen scheme; this can be either part or full kitchen installations as required.

Routine Maintenance -

Engineer/s are required to carry out a service on all appliances on site for contract customers along with asset numbering and listing all the appliances on site.

The engineer will report all findings of his work onto a job sheet which is returned to the Service coordinator, any car parking will be refunded to the engineer. Both the Service coordinator and engineer will ensure that the customer receives good and prompt service from the company; good communication is a necessity. Spares or consumables required will be sourced by the Service coordinator or a PO number issued for the engineer to source the parts.

A van will be issued for you to travel to sites, it is essential that you hold a full driving licence to carry out your daily workload.

The applicant must hold qualifications in their required field.

Our customers are based within and around the West Midlands Area but on occasions travel outside this area is required.

It is essential that the applicant is communicative, presentable, punctual and reliable to ascertain good customer service.
