Our client is a leading M&E Contractor with a turnover of 200m, delivering landmark projects across high-end residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors. With individual project values reaching up to 40m M&E, they are seeking an experienced

Senior Electrical Project Engineer

to join their London team on a long-term freelance basis.

The Role

As Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will take ownership of electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the design development, coordination, and implementation of electrical systems. Managing subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to drive performance. Providing technical expertise and solutions during the pre-construction phase. Ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, and client requirements. Monitoring progress, reporting directly to the Project Manager, and driving delivery. Overseeing testing, commissioning, and smooth handover to the client.
About You

HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Proven track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects (20m-40m). Experience in high-end residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage packages from concept to completion. Proactive, solutions-driven, and committed to achieving excellence.

Pay: 350.00-450.00 per day
