Job Overview:

3 Solutions is a growing and dynamic repairs and maintenance company working across Wiltshire, Somerset, Bath & Bristol. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team.

The candidate will be an individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs are carried out safely and efficiently. The main requirement of this role will be to manage and deliver a variety of electrical works in domestic properties for a variety of client including social housing, rental properties and private customers.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the organisation and scheduling of works for our team of electricians and electrical apprentices. Supervision of the electrical team delivering planned and responsive electrical works. Checking and authorising certificates and relevant paperwork. Providing quotations to clients when requested. Liaising with our clients and attending client meetings. Preparing completed works for invoicing. Completing onsite inspections pre work and quality inspections of the engineers. Ensure all health and safety requirements are being met including RAMS. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards during installation and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with tradespeople to complete projects on time and within the required specifications. Ensure accurate records of work completed, including materials used and time spent on each task. Act as the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor for the company and participate in annual assessments.

Experience:

Proven experience in all aspects of an electrical trade. Strong knowledge of delivering electrical works including systems, wiring, and safety protocols. Good understanding of current electrical regulations and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Qualifications:

Fully qualified NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Technology or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018) certification C&G 2391 test and inspection qualification or equivalent. Relevant certifications for working on renewable technologies (e.g. Solar PV, EV charging) are preferred. Previous experience in the construction or property maintenance industry. Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft office and IT in general Strong organisational skills Full UK driving license is a necessity as our offices are based in Shepton Mallet but the candidate will be working in and around Somerset, Wiltshire, Bath & Bristol.
