Due to rapid growth and continuous success, we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our Fortem team at our Orbit branch working on a social housing repairs and maintenance contract. This role is based in Stratford upon Avon and covers surrounding areas therefore travel is to be expected. The Customer
Fortem's contract with Orbit Housing is long term with options to extend and we cover over 17,000 houses across Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. We have multiple workstreams, including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Re-Roofing. Duties and Responsbilities
As our Electrical Supervisor you will ensure that Fortem complies with all electrical regulations and maintains its registration as an NICEIC approved electrical contractor. You will have day to day responsibility for the safety, technical standard and quality of all categories of electrical work including installation, certification of works, repairs and alterations carried out under the scope of the contract.
What you will need
Essential Criteria: o City & Guilds (C&G) Part 1 & 2 in Electrical installation (2360) or Level 3 Electrotechnical (2330) o If after 1996 - NVQ Level 3 Certificate (2356) or C&G 2330 Level 3 electro technical qualification or C&G 2365 / 2357 NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures) o C&G 2360 Electrical Installation Work Course A & B o NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Services (2356) o C&G Current BS 7671 Certificate (2382-12) o 18th Edition o City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection certificate o NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor experience o Flexibility to undertake regular travel Full UK driving licence ( Max 5 points) Desirable Criteria: o JIBP Health & Safety Test Certificate with current JIBP card o City & Guilds 2377 Pat Testing certificate o Unvented Hot Water certificate o Domestic Installer (Part P)
