Our offices and teams are located throughout the North East, Yorkshire and Scotland. We specialise in plumbing and heating, electrics and renewable energy services for major house developers.

We're looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our electrical team, based in our fast paced and friendly office, at Silverlink Business Park. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge, and to be part of a successful team. The role is office based, and will also involve some travel to projects across the North East.

The Role:

Providing expert cost advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensuring the timely submission of comprehensive payment applications.

Proactively identifying potential cost risks and areas where margin can be improved.

Working hand in hand with the operational team to ensure profitability of contracts.

Sharing your knowledge and expertise and passing on learning to operational teams.

You will need to be:

An experienced Surveyor, ideally from an electrical subcontract background.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Strong numeracy and financial management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
