About the Role

We are an established electrical testing and compliance company, and due to continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Electrical Remedial Manager to take ownership of the remedial side of the business.

In this role, you will oversee all remedial works arising from electrical inspections and reports, manage a team of engineers, liaise with clients, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.

This position requires a technically competent individual who is highly organised, confident in managing people, and able to coordinate multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support the remedial engineering team Book and schedule remedial works efficiently Liaise directly with clients regarding reports, quotes, approvals and progress Order and manage materials required for work Ensure work complies with BS 7671 and industry regulations Maintain accurate records, job tracking and reporting Provide technical support and guidance where required Ensure excellent customer service and communication at all times

Requirements

Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Strong understanding of BS 7671 and EICR coding Previous experience in remedial work and/or electrical testing Strong organisational and administrative skills Experience managing engineers or teams is highly desirable Good communication and client-facing skills Comfortable using scheduling or job management software
