CES St Albans Ltd are expanding and seeking an

Electrical Site Supervisor

in Welwyn Garden City, Herts or surrounding areas to join our team.

Full-time: Contracted in/Self-employed or PAYE

Starting immediately: Project in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

Our Site Supervisors require:

SSSTS Qualification Experience managing Electrical Installation projects typ. 400k-1m. To liaise with the end client for design and program updates. Manage updates of any incoming specifications & design drawings, through to CES 'as built' drawings. Be competent at organising Electricians on site, overseeing the purchase of materials to keep the site electricians busy and efficient, and meeting client/builders deadlines. Liaise with CES Lead Electrician on site to deliver overall project, and information relevant for monthly revenue applications. Liaise with Subcontractors to assist delivery of projects. The role will be mainly office based, however will require to visit sites regularly to fulfil tasks. Possess a knowledge of IEE regulations, 18th Edition, all aspects of Electrical Installation + Testing & Inspection (an Gold Card or ex-Gold Card electrician will be strongly beneficial). Keep the CES management team updated with projects & programs progress. Be competent in Microsoft applications, particularly excel and word. Demonstrate familiarity with NICEIC requirements. Should have minimum 3 years' project management experience, primarily in commercial works, however residential maybe also beneficial. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to work as part of team. COSHH Certification beneficial.
