to join our team on a healthcare project in the Birmingham. This is a key site based role, responsible for the safe management, supervision, and delivery of electrical works in a live and sensitive healthcare environment.
You will act as the Appointed Person (AP) under the Electricity at Work Regulations, ensuring all electrical activities are planned, controlled, and carried out safely and in full compliance with statutory and project requirements.
What you'll be doing
You will be:
Acting as the Electrical Appointed Person for the project.
Supervising electrical works and supporting site teams.
Making sure work is carried out safely and in line with regulations.
Reviewing RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.
Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Maintaining quality standards and supporting programme delivery.
Who we're looking for
You will have:
Experience as an Electrical Supervisor and Appointed Person.
18th Edition qualification issued by the IET.
Previous healthcare or live-environment experience.
A practical, team-oriented approach with good communication skills.
