We're looking for an experienced and reliable Electrical Tester to join a social housing testing team in Brent + Surrounding areas. You'll carry out electrical repairs, testing, and installations across

properties.Key Responsibilities
Carry out
EICRs, remedial works, installations, and maintenance
in domestic/social housing properties. Diagnose and repair electrical faults Complete certification and reports accurately using handheld devices.Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent AM2 Full UK Driving Licence + own Van Clean DBS

90.00 - EICR 72.00 - Optical smoke 320.00 - CCU:REN 11-14 WAY MOULDED METACLAD FIXED BUSBAR 30.00 - LIGHT FITTING:RENEW SINGLE LED FLUORESCENT + TUBE Other prices can be supplied

Wylex CCUs with RCBOs & SPD - AFDD to be confirmed Wiring accessories : Hager Smokes: Aico or FireAngel (match existing) and upgrade to LD2 including lounge Fan to be replaced and upgraded to the attached ENVIROVENT models within the Rexel Quote. Lighting spec for kitchen and bathrooms:
