Job Opportunity: Electrical Installer/Tester | 42,500 - 47,500 DOE
We're currently recruiting for an experienced
Electrical Installer/Tester
to join a well-established team working across both void and occupied social housing properties. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a supportive working environment.Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out EICRs and general electrical testing Completing remedial and installation works (alarms, consumer units, re-wires, wet rooms, emergency lighting, etc.) Day-to-day reactive maintenance Fault finding and inspecting the work of others Documenting and reporting works to your supervisor Demonstrating excellent judgement, time management, and decision-making skills
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
18th Edition (City & Guilds) NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent Experience in social housing environments Confident with Microsoft Office and tech-based reporting Full UK Driving Licence & own tools
