Electrical Assessor - (Commercial & Domestic)

Salary:

36,000 rising to 41,000 once qualified

Holiday:

30 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas closure

Hours:

37 hours per week

About the Role

We're looking for a qualified electrician to join our team and help shape the next generation of commercial and domestic electricians. Whether you're already in an assessing role or you're a skilled tradesperson ready to transition into training, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Visit apprentices in the workplace to assess and support their progress Carry out observations, reviews, and professional discussions Support learners with portfolio building and evidence collection Ensure assessments meet awarding body and industry standards Offer guidance, feedback, and encouragement as learners progress Maintain accurate records and contribute to learner reviews

Who Can Apply?

Experienced electricians (commercial/domestic) -

no previous assessing experience required

Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation
