Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Wholesale Sales Supervisor to lead our sales counter and customer-facing team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong electrical product knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

About the Role

As the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, supporting and mentoring staff, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable, efficient, and professional service. You will play a key role in driving sales performance while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support sales counter and inside sales staff Provide expert guidance on electrical products, applications, and solutions Ensure customers receive accurate advice, timely service, and a positive experience Handle complex customer inquiries, quotes, and problem resolution Drive sales growth through strong relationships with contractors and trade customers Maintain product knowledge and stay current with industry trends and standards Assist with training, performance feedback, and team development Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and operational procedures

What We're Looking For

Strong electrical industry knowledge (essential) Previous experience in electrical wholesale, trade sales, or a similar environment Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lead by example in a customer-focused sales environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Confident problem-solver with a proactive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
