Electrician Approved
Job Description
We are looking to recruit an Electrician-Approved within the electrical compliance team covering our housing portfolio. This position requires a person who is self-motivated with strong organisational skills, excellent communications and a track record of providing a positive customer experience.
Your main roles will include:
Installing and upgrading extractor fans, PIVs and other ventilation systems.
Carrying out EICR's
Electrical repairs
Smoke alarm system upgrades
Consumer unit changes
These workstreams include Responsive Repairs, Voids, Decent Homes and Compliance.
You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of current health and safety legislation, building regulations and a willingness to continue to develop your knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
NVQ level 3
18th Edition BS7671
Full Clean Driving Licence
Desirable Qualification:
2391 Testing and Inspecting (or equivalent)
Shortlisting date: 08 December 2025
