To support our customers and meet the aspirations held by the Group, we are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join our Operations Team.

The successful candidate will hold a current SVQ electrical qualification, or equivalent, which meets the current IEE Wiring Regulations (18th Edition, ideally Part 1 and Part 2, however, those with only Part 1 will still be considered) and also be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:

  • Undertaking full Electrician duties including all types of electrical repairs and maintenance and planned improvement duties within domestic properties
  • Carrying out a range of emergency, urgent, reactive and void repairs, including the provision of an \xe2\x80\x98out of hours\xe2\x80\x99 service (additional standby and call-out payments are made for this)
  • Conducting electrical works as part of planned kitchen and bathroom installs
  • Carrying out diagnostic and/or pre-measuring work with the aim of completing repairs within the same appointment wherever possible (right first time)
