We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced

Electrician

to join our property maintenance team on a self-employed basis. This role involves carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance and repair tasks within occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential properties Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues Ensure all work is carried out in line with current regulations and safety standards Complete testing and certification where required Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years' experience

in the electrical industry

Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification

(essential)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

(essential)

Clean UK driving licence

(essential) ECS

Gold Card

and

Inspection & Testing qualification

(desirable) Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
