Overview

DCL Property Services are seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team. You will be responsible for various carpentry tasks within housing-association owned properties across Hampshire, ensuring high standards of quality and craftmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry work including framing, installation of doors, windows and cabinetry. Carry out repairs and maintenance as required Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects Maintain a clean and safe working environment Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years relevant carpentry experience CIS registration (mandatory) Full, clean driving license and own van (mandatory) Own tools (mandatory) Multi-trade skilled (desirable) Experience with social housing projects (desirable) Ability to adapt to changes in plans and requirements Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour

What we offer
