Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Job Management:

Handle 3-8 job assignments per day within London, ensuring high standards of work and punctual completion.

Installation and Repairs:

Carry out installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems and components in line with safety regulations and client requirements.

Safety Inspections:

Perform thorough electrical safety checks and EICRs in both residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with UK wiring regulations.

Emergency Services:

Respond promptly to emergency electrical callouts, delivering fast and effective solutions to restore safe operation.

Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service, offering professional advice and addressing client queries with clear and confident communication.

Regulatory Adherence:

Stay up to date with the latest UK electrical safety standards and regulations, ensuring all work is compliant.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including services rendered, materials used, and time spent.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure all tools and testing equipment are kept in good working condition for reliable and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid ECS card or JIB Gold Card.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in domestic and commercial electrical work.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
