The Role:

To support our ongoing growth, we are actively recruiting an Electro/Mechanical Industrial Assembler to join our team at our research facility in Blandford Forum, Dorset.

This is for a Fixed Term of 6 months initially.

Main Duties:

Issue and complete work orders ensuring that stock accuracy is maintained Work to assembly drawings and procedures Manufacture to a high standard with attention to detail Set up and operate production machinery competently and safely Carry out simple mechanical and electrical tests of subassemblies and finished product Pack and ship finished assemblies to the end user
Required Skills & Experience:

Ability to interpret technical drawings Ability to follow documented processes and follow verbal instructions Collating and presenting production and test data Experience within an electronic/mechanical manufacturing environment and techniques Attention to detail and working within a team to produce quality of workmanship in the timescales required Team player with good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Experience with MS Office applications
