We are looking for a Customer Support Operative to join our ever-expanding team!
This position is an integral part of our daily operations, helping support our brands and keep our customers happy by ensuring we deliver first class service, at all times.
This position will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound enquiries, whilst working as part of an enthusiastic and outgoing Support team. Ensuring we deliver industry leading customer service to all customers, something which we pride ourselves on.
The role involves work across both Element Games and Artis Opus support requirements.
Duties and responsibilities:
Proactively contacting customers to discuss changes to their orders, with the intention of resolving historic orders and upselling new products.
Resolving customer queries across a variety of platforms (phone, email, live chat, social media).
Communicating stock delays and issues to the customers and processing returns where necessary.
Having an accurate knowledge base of current stock, pre-orders and releases to be able to provide accurate information to customers when needed.
For this role we are looking for someone who displays the following:
Energy, drive and a passion for customer service.
Exceptional communication skills - Both written and verbal.
Knowledge of tabletop gaming, painting and product ranges we carry.
A drive to help people and achieve positive resolutions.
Proficient computer skills.
