Whether you're a qualified

ELSA

, trained in

Thrive, Drawing & Talking

, or have a background in

therapeutic or behaviour support

, this is your chance to help shape a nurturing, trauma-informed environment from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to build emotional resilience and regulation Delivering targeted interventions and creating safe spaces for healing and growth Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals Helping shape the ethos and culture of a brand-new school with a big heart

? What We're Looking For:

ELSA qualification or similar therapeutic training Experience supporting children with

SEMH, ASD, or behavioural needs

A calm, consistent, and empathetic approach A team player who's excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up
