Full-Time Email Designer

to join our fully remote team - someone who delivers fast, communicates instantly, and works at a world-class level.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, agency-standard role. You'll be directly answerable to the Managing Director and expected to deliver quickly, stay online during working hours, and communicate clearly and instantly via WhatsApp. You'll be producing stunning email designs for outdoor lifestyle brands, optimised for performance in Klaviyo.

This is

not

a freelance gig. You'll be part of the team, expected to hit deadlines, adapt to feedback, and deliver creative work on par with the best.

Key Responsibilities

Design mobile-first, high-performing email campaigns in Figma or Photoshop Export and slice designs into clean, responsive HTML for Klaviyo Translate brand guidelines into on-brand, high-converting visuals Work fast, take feedback well, and deliver multiple styles Maintain instant communication with the Managing Director via WhatsApp Ensure all work is delivered on time, without exception

Requirements

Full-time availability (Monday-Friday) with consistent online presence Expert in Figma or Photoshop (ideally both) Able to slice/export designs and build emails for Klaviyo Background in graphic design, with relevant degree or qualifications Portfolio demonstrating high-standard, modern design work Reliable, communicative, and fast-turnaround focused UK-based or able to work on UK time and keep agency hours Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

Experience designing for ecommerce or outdoors brands Motion/interactive design experience Understanding of conversion-optimised email structure
