Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated

Email Marketing & Data Manager

to join our marketing team. This role is central to ensuring that our digital campaigns are effective, data-driven, and aligned with our growth objectives. You will manage and optimise our email marketing strategy, oversee CRM and database management, and deliver insights that improve engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns across multiple sectors and events. Manage subscriber databases, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with GDPR, and effective segmentation. Implement A/B testing and analyse campaign performance to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Work closely with sales and events teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Monitor, maintain, and clean data sets to maximise deliverability and targeting. Produce reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Keep up to date with industry trends, new tools, and best practice in email marketing and data management.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in email marketing and CRM/data management. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar). Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practice. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
