The Role

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn inboxes into income. You'll be responsible for owning and executing email marketing strategies for Adrageous and our fast-growing e-commerce clients - with a focus on Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

You'll build flows that convert, campaigns that drive revenue, and segmentation strategies that make our clients look like mind readers. If you know how to make emails sell without sounding salesy, this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning and executing email campaigns across Klaviyo and Mailchimp Creating compelling copy that matches each brand's tone and drives action Building and optimising automations and customer journeys A/B testing subject lines, content, send times, and segments Reporting on key metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue per recipient etc.) Managing subscriber lists and ensuring best-in-class deliverability Supporting strategy sessions with creative and data-backed input Collaborating with the design team to bring emails to life visually Working closely with account managers to align email with broader campaigns

You Should Have

1-3 years' experience in an email marketing role, ideally agency-side or in e-commerce Advanced Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp experience (flows, segmentation, deliverability) A portfolio or examples of high-performing email campaigns Exceptional copywriting skills, adaptable across tones and industries Strong understanding of email marketing analytics and optimisation Experience with A/B testing, automation flows, and re-engagement strategies Good organisational and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year
