We are looking to recruit a Email Marketing Executive to join our Digital team based in Coventry.

What's the opportunity?


The Email Marketing Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end campaign delivery of promotional, content and transactional journeys. You'll be leveraging our enterprise-level marketing and automation platform, MAPP, to implement and improve Omnichannel experiences through continuous analysis and optimisation

This is a hands-on role for someone who is experienced in data-driven marketing, loves testing and improving customer journeys, and has a creative eye for delivering engaging, on-brand content that drives measurable results. It is a pivotal and cross-functional role working with teams around the business to help solve problems and improve our relationship with customers through direct communication channels.

What does the role involve?





Plan, build, and deploy targeted email and CRM campaigns using MAPP Manage complex customer journeys and automation workflows, ensuring timely and relevant communications Collaborate with creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure consistent and personalised customer experiences Conduct regular performance analysis and produce insightful reporting on engagement, conversion, and ROI Implement A/B testing and continuous optimisation initiatives to improve campaign outcomes Use customer and behavioural data to enhance segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies Support the development of new CRM initiatives that drive conversion, NPS and long-term value through loyalty


Who are we looking for?





Proven experience in email marketing or CRM campaign management Hands-on experience using MAPP or another marketing automation platform (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Emarsys) Strong understanding of CRM data structures, segmentation, and omnichannel journeys Confident analysing data and reporting on campaign performance Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset Experience with ecommerce or retail marketing Understanding of customer lifecycle strategies Basic HTML/CSS skills for email editing Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
