We're looking for a sharp, creative, and commercially focused
Email Marketing Executive
who's ready to own the inbox for our clients. If you have hands-on experience with
Klaviyo or Omnisend
, understand e-commerce flows and customer journeys, and love crafting campaigns that drive revenue--we want you on our team.
What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Creation & Management:
Build, test, and optimise email campaigns using Klaviyo or Omnisend--from newsletters to product drops and promotional blasts.
Automation & Flows:
Plan and execute powerful automation sequences such as abandoned cart, welcome, post-purchase, and re-engagement flows that increase lifetime value.
Segmentation & Targeting:
Create advanced audience segments based on behaviour, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage to maximise relevance and ROI.
Creative Collaboration:
Work with our designers and copywriters to deliver scroll-stopping emails with persuasive copy, beautiful visuals, and strong calls to action.
Performance Optimisation:
Monitor open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and revenue attribution--testing relentlessly and refining constantly.
Reporting & Strategy:
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and ideas for future improvements. You'll own your accounts and be the strategic brain behind the email output.
Compliance & Deliverability:
Ensure all campaigns are compliant with GDPR/PECR and follow deliverability best practices.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 1 year working in email marketing, ideally for e-commerce brands or agencies.
Hands-on experience with
Klaviyo
or
Omnisend
is
essential
.
Skills & Traits:
Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, e-commerce strategy, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Solid grasp of segmentation, A/B testing, and attribution.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
