About the Role


We are looking for a

creative and versatile Digital Marketing Executive

to join the teams at

Nth Degree

and

Ecoscape UK

. In this key role, you'll take ownership of our digital communication strategies--developing and executing impactful email marketing, social media, and content campaigns that engage audiences, strengthen brand presence, and drive meaningful customer relationships across both brands.

This role also extends into broader brand communications, including

writing and distributing press releases

to media outlets and managing our

monthly company newsletter

to keep clients, partners, and subscribers informed and inspired.

It's an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who wants to work across two dynamic, design-led businesses and make a tangible impact on their growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities



Digital Communications & Content



Develop and implement strategic communication plans across digital channels Craft and manage

email campaigns

, including newsletters, automated flows, and product announcements Write

clear, engaging, brand-aligned copy

tailored to multiple customer segments Segment and personalise email lists to maximise engagement and conversion Conduct

A/B testing

and use data insights to improve campaign performance Maintain compliance with GDPR and industry best practices Collaborate with designers and internal teams to produce high-quality visual and written content

Draft and distribute press releases

for key company updates and product launches

Create and manage a monthly newsletter

to keep audiences informed and engaged

Social Media Management



Develop and manage cohesive

social media strategies

across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok Plan and publish engaging multimedia content, including stories, reels, and video Grow online communities by encouraging dialogue and responding to interactions Track and evaluate performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement Stay current with evolving social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes Create and manage

paid ad campaigns

on social platforms to boost visibility and conversions

What We're Looking For



Experience in

digital marketing, content creation

, or digital communications Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later) Excellent copywriting and editorial skills with a strong sense of brand tone and storytelling Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to refine digital strategies Comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting messaging accordingly Familiarity with paid media strategies and campaign optimisation Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Primarily based at our Heywood office (Manchester, OL10 2TA), with the option to work from our Hale showroom (WA15 6BF) as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 31,000.00-36,000.00 per year
