The Role:




At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to Make it easy for men to dress well and we can't do that without our specialist teams. We're looking for several proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executives to join our UK & US Retention team.

With previous experience in Email or CRM marketing, you'll be ready to take more ownership and contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement. You'll help maintain smooth, efficient processes to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. Strong communication, great organisation, and a collaborative mindset are essential, alongside a passion for retail and a sharp eye for creative, impactful marketing.





What you will be doing:




You'll support the planning, execution, and reporting of global Email and SMS campaigns, ensuring they're engaging, customer-first, and aligned with both trade and brand goals. From briefing and workflow management to scheduling and performance analysis, you'll play a hands-on role throughout the full campaign process.





Key responsibilities:




Responsible for the execution of the end-to-end email process, including briefing, building, proofing, and scheduling all emails in a timely manner to a high standard Own the project management tool Asana for the email lifecycle from brief to deployment across all territories Strong management of key stakeholders throughout the campaign execution process - including design, copy, buying & merchandising and web teams, as well as senior marketing team members Contributes to the monthly BAU email & SMS contact plan, providing content proposals based on the overarching marketing plan, using past learnings and commercial direction to aid suggestions Uses previous learnings, competitor analysis and best practice to create commercial, detailed, and elevated creative briefs that are based on insight, on-brand and best-in-class Contributes to the monthly BAU email & SMS contact plan, providing content proposals based on the overarching marketing plan, using past learnings and commercial direction to aid suggestions Support with localisation for specific regions - strategize and adapt plans, and serve as the primary representative for the email channel in region specific meetings Provides regular updates on the BAU email performance to be presented to key stakeholders. Presents learnings and recommendations and ensures insights are actioned to continuously improve the email offering Uses initiative to problem solve independently and quickly highlights issues, escalating where further support is needed to ensure the impact on the overall BAU process and delivery of campaigns is minimised Investigates customer service queries and provides support on customer service requests as and when required

Required Skills and Experience:




Marketing (or relevant) Undergraduate degree - relevant experience will also be considered 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role ideally in retail with experience in Email & CRM Excellent written English Exceptional attention to detail The ability to work both as part of a team and to take individual initiative Highly organised and able to prioritise and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills and confident in managing senior key stakeholders and working across departments Commercially driven with a strong creative flair Ability to think analytically and deliver concise, insightful reporting to support decision-making Flexible and focused, comfortable with shifting priorities and time-sensitive tasks decision-making Experience building emails in an ESP (Bloomreach experience a plus but not required) Knowledge of project management tools, such as Asana, a plus Experience working with SMS marketing advantageous
