Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for performance-driven communication? We're looking for a Senior Email Marketing Executive to lead the charge on high-impact email marketing and direct mail campaigns. In this critical role, you'll drive customer engagement through targeted, personalised, and data-led marketing, shaping the experience across the entire customer lifecycle.

Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of email and direct mail communications.
- Managing customer segmentation strategies for personalised, relevant targeting.
- Owning the marketing calendar and campaign scheduling across channels.
- Developing lifecycle marketing strategies, from onboarding to retention.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to drive improvements.
- Ensuring all communications comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and deliverability best practices
Key skills and experience
- Proven experience in email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle communications.
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and personalisation tactics.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce).
- Experience integrating direct mail with digital marketing.
- A data-driven mindset and confidence in performance reporting and A/B testing.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to campaign planning and delivery.
