Job Overview:



We are looking for a motivated Email Marketing Executive to build, optimise and grow our email marketing and CRM programs. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, strong data skills and hands-on experience with email platforms to drive engagement, retention and revenue from our email audiences. You will be instrumental in shaping the customer journey via email, from acquisition through to repeat purchase and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle: welcome flows, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement, and promotional sends. Manage the email calendar: plan seasonal campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), new product launches, sales events, etc. Use customer data and segmentation to deliver personalised, relevant content: demographic, behavioural, purchase history and product interest segmentations. Build, test and refine email templates; ensure emails are mobile-friendly and accessible. A/B test subject lines, content, send times, designs, etc., to continuously improve open rates, click-throughs, conversion rates, and deliverability. Monitor and analyse email performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rates, deliverability, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure email content aligns with brand, inventory, promotions and customer expectations. Set up and manage automated email workflows via Klaviyo Produce regular reporting on email and CRM metrics; track KPIs and report to senior management with recommendations.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in email marketing / CRM in an e-commerce setting. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo). Good copywriting skills with strong attention to tone, grammar, brand voice. Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret email metrics and derive optimisations. Experience with designing or working with email templates, responsive design. Solid organisation, project management skills; ability to handle multiple campaigns & deadlines concurrently. Knowledge of GDPR, data protection and email deliverability best practices.
