About the role
This role is responsible for delivering customer focused, technically excellent, engaging and relevant communications that serve our customers a little better everyday. Working with Direct Customer Communications Managers and cross functional teams.
This role is office based in Welwyn Garden City with hybrid working from the office 3 days per week minimum subject to change.

Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
Planning and delivery of Email and Mobile campaigns for Tesco and Tesco Group comms. Working with managers and the Personalisation team to orchestrate relevant, high performing customer journeys. Building strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns. Writing technically excellent briefs and manage the production process through to QA . Managing end to end delivery of campaigns and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to create, build and deploy as required. Responsible for critical paths, ensuring deadlines are met and risks managed. Defining and scoping audience targeting and reporting. Supporting test & learn plans to optimise performance of cross channel comms. Manage and share reporting post campaign, using insight to continually improve performance. Being a custodian of the Tesco brand. Following our business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
You will need
End to end briefing, development (build), deployment, analysis and reporting of email campaigns. Experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, email and mobile. Experience of ESPs and personalisation platforms. Customer insight and analytical skills. Ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders of all levels. Planning, organisation and attention to detail. Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly. Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. Follow processes to ensure high quality output. Clear communication and numerically literate.
