Rate: 350-400 per day Inside IR35 (PAYE via Umbrella)
Client: Vanguard (Major Financial Services Organisation)
Location: London - 3 days on-site

Role Overview
We are seeking an Email Marketing Lead with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise to join a long-term programme with a leading financial services end client. This role will focus on BAU campaign management, delivering effective solutions to business challenges, and driving high-quality customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of BAU email campaigns in SFMC.
- Optimise and manage preference centres to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication across teams.
- Act as a proactive partner - challenge and advise stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
- Deliver consistent, compliant, and impactful campaigns across a year-long programme of work.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of preference centre management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
