We are the performance marketing agency behind some of the fastest growing eCommerce brands and we are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn browsers into buyers and campaigns into cash.

The Role

You will take the reins on email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns for our clients using platforms like Flodesk Mailchimp and Klaviyo. From automations to campaigns from segmentation to strategy you will be expected to know what works what does not and how to move fast. You will also collaborate with our paid media and creative teams to make sure everything is aligned and optimised for growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning and executing email marketing campaigns that drive revenue retention and repeat purchases Building flows automations and sequences in Klaviyo Flodesk and Mailchimp Segmenting audiences to make sure the right message hits the right inbox at the right time Writing and editing email content that gets opened clicked and converts Analysing performance metrics and making data driven optimisations Collaborating with designers to create email assets that look good and load fast Advising on popups lead magnets and strategies to grow subscriber lists Syncing with social and paid ad teams to align messaging and timing

What We're Looking For

Strong experience with eCommerce email marketing including automations and campaign management Hands on experience with

Flodesk Mailchimp and Klaviyo

is a must A track record of growing revenue through retention strategies Excellent copywriting and editing skills for email and short form content Solid understanding of customer journeys buying cycles and how to use data to drive decisions Experience using A B testing and performance analytics to improve results Comfortable managing multiple brands and juggling shifting priorities

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 150.00-250.00 per day
