We're a performance marketing agency built to drive real growth for eCommerce brands that are ready to dominate. Now we're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who lives and breathes data and knows how to turn ad spend into serious return.

The Role

You'll be in charge of planning launching and optimising paid campaigns across Google Meta and TikTok. You'll work closely with creative and strategy teams to craft high converting funnels write compelling ad copy and constantly tweak things to squeeze out every last bit of performance. This is not a learning on the job role. You must already have strong hands on experience with Google Ads Meta Ads and TikTok.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing day to day campaign builds optimisations and reporting across Google Meta and TikTok Writing scroll stopping ad copy that grabs attention and drives action Building full funnel campaigns including prospecting retargeting and retention strategies Conducting regular split testing on creatives copy audiences and landing pages Monitoring performance and making data backed adjustments to improve ROAS Collaborating with designers to brief in assets that actually convert Working with strategists and email teams to align messaging across channels Staying on top of platform updates new features and ad policy changes

What We're Looking For

Proven hands on experience running campaigns on

Google Ads Meta Ads and TikTok

A deep understanding of eCommerce funnels buying behaviour and what drives purchases Experience managing budgets across multiple accounts and scaling winning campaigns Strong copywriting skills for headlines descriptions and calls to action Confident using tools like Google Ads Manager Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager Comfortable interpreting data and presenting performance insights clearly Organised detail oriented and able to juggle competing deadlines

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 150.00-250.00 per day
