- A platform which teaches users how to start selling, as a complete beginner, on Amazon
The Role:
As an
Email Marketing Specialist
, you'll own the end-to-end email lifecycle across
CCN
and
Seller Circle
. You'll design, launch, and optimise campaigns and automations that turn high-volume leads into customers - and customers into engaged, long-term users.
This isn't just top-of-funnel. You'll work closely with Sales and Product to keep paying customers informed and active - onboarding journeys, event and workshop reminders, feature and content updates, and smart re-engagement nudges - creating consistent, value-led touchpoints from day one.
You'll use insight from call funnels, support conversations, and analytics to sharpen segmentation, messaging, and timing - with clear ownership of outcomes like conversion rate, attendance and follow-through on booked calls, revenue per subscriber, list growth, and deliverability health.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, build and execute automated email flows to nurture leads across various funnels.
Craft high-converting email copy that speaks directly to the target audience of each brand.
Design on-brand, mobile friendly, email templates.
Manage and optimise campaign performance across platforms such as Klaviyo and GoHighLevel (GHL).
Develop segmentation and personalisation strategies to maximise open rates, engagement, and conversions.
Build reporting systems to track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversation rates and attributed revenue across campaigns.
Continuously test and A/B test subject lines, copy styles, templates, and sending strategies to improve performance.
Work closely with both Sales and Product Teams to ensure email strategies are aligned and focussed.
Who We're Looking For:
1-2+ years' experience in email marketing, ideally in e-commerce, info-products or SaaS.
Strong copywriting skills and understanding of sales.
Strong, creative design skills using Adobe Suite.
Experience with CRM/email platforms (Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, or similar).
Ability to analyse data and optimise performance.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work creatively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who can actively contribute across multiple teams.
