Klaviyo
email and CRM activity. This role covers strategy, automation, segmentation, and campaign execution to drive customer engagement and retention.
Factra Ltd is a Manchester-based manufacturing company specialising in direct-to-consumer sales through online channels. We produce vapes, CBD products, and health food supplements, and are proud to deliver best-in-class products directly to end users, expertly developed by our in-house R&D team.
Key Responsibilities
Create and optimize email flows and segmentation to support the full customer lifecycle.
Schedule and deliver targeted email campaigns aligned with commercial and marketing priorities.
Audit and optimize the Klaviyo account, including technical setup and best-practice configuration.
Develop and execute the overall CRM and email marketing strategy in line with business goals.
Maintain a clean, high-quality contact database and manage preference centre settings for compliance and personalisation.
Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Work with the wider marketing team to ensure email supports and amplifies other channels.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on it.
Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is preferred.
