Dibor is a premium British homeware and garden brand, known for timeless design and exceptional quality. We are looking for a commercially minded Email Marketing Specialist to own and optimise Dibor's email marketing channel, driving engagement, repeat purchase, and revenue growth.
This role will be responsible for campaign execution, customer journey optimisation, and performance analysis across promotional and lifecycle communications.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
Plan, build, and send email campaigns aligned with the trading and marketing calendar
Create compelling email content including subject lines, copy, and layouts
Segment audiences to deliver relevant, targeted communications
Manage A/B testing across subject lines, content, and send times
Automation & Customer Journeys
Build and optimise automated email flows (welcome, abandoned browse/cart, post-purchase, reactivation)
Identify opportunities to improve customer lifecycle performance
Ensure emails are timely, relevant, and on-brand
Performance & Optimisation
Monitor and report on email performance including open rates, CTR, conversion, and revenue
Use insights to continuously improve campaign and flow performance
Maintain strong deliverability and list health
Collaboration & Brand Consistency
Work closely with Design, Content, and E-commerce teams
Ensure email creative aligns with Dibor's premium brand aesthetic
Support key trading periods and seasonal campaigns
Skills & ExperienceEssential
Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within e-commerce or retail
Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone of voice
Experience using email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Desirable
Experience with CRM or customer data platforms
Knowledge of deliverability best practices
Experience working with segmented or personalised campaigns
