We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as the Teaching School Hub Coordinator. This pivotal role involves coordinating the administration and delivery of the Early Career Framework (ECF) Induction Programme and the Appropriate Body Service. You will play a key part in ensuring our services run smoothly, meet regulatory standards, and deliver exceptional support to schools and programme members.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the coordination of ECF and Appropriate Body services, ensuring compliance and quality.
Manage marketing, onboarding, and engagement with schools and stakeholders.
Liaise with mentors, facilitators, and national training providers.
Organise events, venues, catering, and training logistics.
Maintain digital platforms, databases, and communication systems.
Monitor budgets and report on performance and KPIs.
Support the Professional Development Lead and Strategic Lead with wider programme delivery.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Maths. Level 4 qualifications or equivalent experience.
Strong administrative and ICT skills, including MS Office and MIS systems.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management.
Experience in education administration (desirable).
Knowledge of ECF and AB, (desirable).
