We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services by effectively managing relationships and coordinating various programmes. This position requires strong administrative skills, the ability to supervise staff, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Providing the main point of contact for a small team of engineers, scheduling maintenances across Northern Ireland.
Proactively organise and schedule appointments and meetings to ensure effective diary management and optimal use of time with your team, customers & suppliers
Deliver comprehensive updates to the team during weekly and monthly meetings, showcasing departmental progress and insights
Keep customers informed of service timelines.
Maintain and enhance our work management software, Fieldmotion with up-to-date contact lists, ensuring seamless communication across the team.
Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
Collaborate closely with on-site and field technicians and management to gather timely updates, enhancing team efficiency and responsiveness
Embrace additional admin responsibilities as assigned.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
Strong people skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Strong time-management skills, ability to multitask and prioritise own workload Aptitude for learning new software and systems
Excellent organisational skills, ability to use own initiative and a keen attention to detail.
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
