Summary
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team at O'Neills. The Embroidery Administrator plays a key role in coordinating embroidery and prints operations, supporting both internal teams and external partners. This position ensures the smooth flow of information, artwork, and materials between departments, production facilities, and sales representatives.
Responsibilities
Send Trex code
s
for all offshore embroidery orders.
Dispatchbadges for offshore orders to Milbrotwice weekly and provide any additional stock as required.
Reviewand check order packs to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
Filter the weekly invoice, identify embroidery and print-related items, and forward the information to relevant sales representatives.
Send all new zipped design files to Milbro for production setup.
Upload all new creststo the Iconceptsystem for internal access and production use.
Conduct thorough checks of offshore packs prior to dispatch or processing.
Send initialsfor embroidery to the Dublin office when requested.
Liaise with sales representatives regarding queries and new design setups, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
Requirements
Previous administrative experience, preferably in a production, textiles, or design-related environment.
Comfortable using email, shared drives, and internal order systems.
Knowledge of embroidery or print processes is desirable but not essential.
Concentration and accurately following specified procedures.
Ability to deal with people in a tactful way, work in a pressurised environment.
Be co-operative and flexible in all situations
Desirable Skills/ Career Experience
1 years' experience in Embroidery would be an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
Personal Characteristics (essential)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling digital files (e.g., zipped files, image formats).
Basic familiarity with embroidery software or systems such as Iconcept is a plus.
Good organisational and time management skills to handle regular and ad-hoc tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
